JD 4310 - Jerky Hydraulics/WOn't Move

I was using my 4310 yesterday. When i took it out of the shed the hydraulics seem to have air in it while raising the loader. I drove it out of the shed and hooked to a car I was going to work on and everything worked fine. It went forward and reverse, I pulled the car out a way and noticed a flat tire, went to get the air tank , filled the tire and got back on the tractor and it would not move forward or reverse.

Any suggestions?

Was hyd oil level at the full mark before start up? How long since hyd filter changed??
