I'm in the process of buying a 2011 JD 4320, it has the power beyond kit for the back hoe but doesn't have any rear remotes. First I want to be able to have a grapple and also run a lane shark from the front end. second i would like 4 rear remotes for a top link, side link, 2 extras.

what i have dreamed up is to use a 5 spool prince valve with power beyond. 4 valves will be manual lever valves, 1 a 12v solenoid operated valve. I have seen pictures of people mounting 3 valve banks beside and behind the right side of the seat. it looks like the 4 lever would also fit.

the 4 manual valves will be:
1: DA with float detent (top link)
2: DA with float detent (side link)
3: DA with pressure detent (extra)
4: DA with pressure detent (extra)

Solenoid operated valve:
add two way switch to JD loader handle to operate grapple, also add a switch on the fender that when flipped on will continuously power 12v to the same valve to power the lane shark. I will also have to run a third line from the lane shark that will be a return to tank.

is there anything i am missing or will this work as smooth as I can see it in my head? thanks for the help

Something like what is pictured. I would have both control switches on the joystick control grip. Have 2 thumb buttons on the face and a maintained trigger switch to run the constant flow.

Why the pressure detent valves?

That's almost exactly what I'm looking to do. I would prefer the levers to be between the seat and ROPS like below, I'm hoping the 4320 has a little more room than the one you pictured.

I used your remote when I put your diverters on my FIL New Holland and liked it. however I think I prefer the ergonomics of the JD loader joystick and I've seen post of people removing the cover and adding the factory button.

Do you sell the valve banks and accessories?

Also to add, I know the trigger could be wired to run the lane shark but I think a switch would be easier as this will be turned on and run for a couple hours. With the trigger every time i took my hand off the loader the lane shark would lose power. I can add a master power switch below the steering wheel that would kill power to the other switches to keep from accidentally activating them. Thoughts?

That痴 what I had planned, I looked at prince website and it looks like I can get 4 manual and a 12 solenoid all in the same valve bank with power beyond. This is a 3000 psi 12-15gpm valve bank. This will make for the fewest number of connections and hoses.

Instead of one valve body I壇 check out 都tack valves. You can mount multiple style valves together to make what you want. I don稚 know what GPM you need but this will give you and idea. Then add the electric over hydraulic DO3 style before or after the stack for the grapple etc.

The trigger switch would be a maintained switch. Pull the trigger and the valve is on until you pull the trigger again. You do not need to keep the trigger pulled, thus a maintained switch. It would have a light in the face where the 2 buttons would be that would be on when the maintained switch is engaged. Just seems better to have all the controls for any certain valve in the same place, but you may not feel that way.

Yes I sell the valves, quick couplers that are breakaway couplers, the mounts.

I don't see a 5 valve set fitting between the seat and ROPS similar to how your picture shows, but who knows for sure, maybe you can get very creative?

I am a HUGE fan of breakaway couplers, simply much much easier to use. You won't be doing those if you mount the couplers directly to the valves. Didn't you find operating the 3pt was a bit awkward with the valve controls over it? Or is that a picture of someone else's machine?

The 3 valve set was used for a T&T set and a loader 3rd function. So the mid point couplers as well as the up front couplers are supplied also. The neat thing is that the 3rd function hoses can be disconnected at the rear also if an additional rear remote is ever needed. If you set things up like that, maybe you don't need the 5, but can get by with just 4 valves?

Check your PM. ;)

1: That trigger would work just fine for the lane shark, I just want to hit a button and then flip it off to stop.

2: That picture was just one I found on the forum as I researched this. I should be bringing mine home in two weeks but I can get some rough measurements next weekend.

3: I like the breakaway couplers the only issue i see with the controls is stuff hanging them driving through the woods. This tractor comes with a backhoe so I will have to hook it up and see what the rear clearance is like to see if the breakaway mount would be in the way.

4: I plan to hopefully have all five hooked up at one time between T&T, grapple, and the swing and angle cylinders on a straight blade. For this reason since i am starting from scratch I would like to try and make it work as close to as i want as possible.

5: I will fill out that information for you on your website, this will help get me in the ball park of where I'm headed. I also have to get a quote on T&T for this tractor.

Thank you for all your help with this. I know its hard to make recommendations without being able to see the specific tractor.

also to add, on Prince's website it shows an overall width of 11-5/8" overall width of a 5 valve bank with both ends included. the width of just the four sections that would have levers is 6"
