Don't have a service manual and I am assuming the filler is the breather cap just above the PTO in the rear, is this correct? Also is this the source for all hydraulic fluid for the entire tractor?

There is also some kind of pump on the lower right side of the engine with a cap that says oil on it. Should that pump be filled? I can see fluid being run though it when I remove the cap but I don't know what this pump is or if I should add hydro oil to it.

Owners manual does not address any of these questions.

I have a 4410 hst. The oil filler for the transmission and hydraulics is above the pto though a more accurate description is "just above the three point hitch top link" Yes it is the source for all the hydraulic fluid for the entire tractor.

The lower right hand side engine "pump" is actually a gear case for the front of the engine. You can either pour the engine oil in there or on the top of the engine.

Hope this helps.
