JD 4500 Hydraulic issue

I had some kind of leak and took the tractor to a dealer (1998 JD4500, about 600 hours). Said he replaced some o rings in the what I thought was the hydraulic lines. Today I hooked up my 6 ft blade to the 3 point hitch and the tractor is having a difficult time lifting it and holding it up. Did not have this issue before "service". The fluid seems full - maybe too full. I plan to call then tomorrow, but does anyone here have any ideas?

I am certainly no mechanic but I like to have some kind of idea of wha may be going on before looking for service. I don;t have a very good dealer/service dept here.

sounds like either filter screen full of stuff. and possibly filter. have you flushed the system out, and replace the filter? also did they have your rocker assembly apart? my dealer took mine apart ( it was working fine when I brought it in) but mine was struggling when I went to pick it up . ended up some how whether it was the mechanic forgot the shims. or something. it was binding.

When you lift the implement will it stay raised if you have the lever all the way in the raised position or is it porpoising where it will drift down and then raise back up on its own.
