Price Check JD 4710 Compact Tractor

I need some help and/or guidance. My neighbor is wanting to sell his 4710 Tractor. The tractor has a 460 loader, 48 Backhoe, Industrial tires. Year is 2000 with 136 hrs.
Do you think $8000 dollars is a fair price for it.

Sounds like your neighbor wants to give it to you, at that price. It is less than half what it is worth, and hope he is in sane mind and realizes what the true worth is for his equipment.

If he is being nice and really does not know the value of the tractor, then will he be happy when he finds out?
