I agree with DT86. Constant hot for station & clock. Other hot comes from ignition, so when you turn key...it sends power to radio to turn on and off. You still should be able to turn off with the on/off switch on the radio, without having to pull fuse. I'm not sure on mine how you turn on/off. Maybe push volume knob in? Or it may have on/off switch? Can't remember...never had to use it. My bet is some lazy installer found the constant and hooked both hot wires on the radio to it, rather than looking for the ignition hot too. Most dealers install the radio after they arrive. If you just got the tractor, I would call the dealer and tell them to come get it and fix it or send someone out, unless you just want to upgrade the radio. If you are going to install a new radio, I would make a map/chart of the wiring harness before you pull old one out. The old one should have a diagram on it showing what everything is coming out of radio...you can follow that to the harness for tractor and make notes of what each is on it.
