Jd 5055E price check

Hello all and happy Fourth of July,

I live on 100 acres and have dove field, pasture and food plots. I live in South Carolina and am tired of the heat. I have been looking for a cab tractor forever and finally found a used 5055E cab with power reverser (no loader) with 400 hours on it for $27,500. I think it is a great deal but wanted to make sure. I cannot look at it until Monday but wanted to get opinions on price. It is 2 hours away.

I am headed out to run the 2 row cultivator with my open station through the milo and sesame in my dove field in the 90 degree heat and wishing that I had that cab.

Depending on year and condition … If 4wd ...Sounds about right. Without 4wd … sounds high.

Not sure on year. Still has some warranty left so assuming fairly new.

If you have not search Machine Finder do so for the exact model. Most likely you will find a good selection there for sale as this is JD used tractor's search engine.

I guess the price was good. I called on 7/3 but couldn’t get there until Monday after 4th of July. Another salesman sold it before I could get there. Thanks for help.
