JD 5325N Wants to crank, but wont start

Got the tractor out of the barn today for the first since the fall. Tractor started right up and ran good for about 3 minutes, then quit. Got it going again, but quit only after 30 seconds. Got good fuel coming out of the main fuel/water separator still, but can't get it to start. Its like something electrical. I checked fuse 18 - which is the fuel shut off solenoid and that is fine. Any help would be appreciated thanks.

You say the fuse is good. Have you confirmed power is actually getting to the fuel solenoid?
