16 sp/ right hand reverser. When operating tractor for long periods like mowing hay or baling, as long as you don't stop, you're ok. You can stop with clutch and then go, but if you stop and put in neutral, it won't go forward or reverse until tractor cools down a little, then it's good to go unless you stop and put it neutral again. It's been doing this for a couple of years but it's getting worse. Tried to mow some hay today and after about an hour it did it. The tractor is running in the green, but almost in the red. The tractor does get hot and I have to turn the a/c off sometimes, but that's another problem. The other day I was baling some really heavy windrows and had to back up a lot and it was giving me fits. I don't think it's a wiring problem, because the only time it will f up is when the tractor has been running for an extended period. Any ideas?
