Mowing JD 727a and 23 kawi pros and cons

I have a chance to buy a 2004 John Deere 727A zero turn with 525 hours and 54" deck. It's got the 23hp Kawasaki engine (FH680V). Just want to get Anyones opinion on the mower and/or engine. Anyone have problems with this mower or anything good or bad to say about it? Thanks

I have an Exmark zero turn mower with the FH680V engine and never had a minute worth of trouble with it.

I knew a guy that used to mow ultralight runways with JD garden tractors. He was much happier once he went to the Kawasaki engines.
