JD 7775 no power

Hello newbie to the forum here. I did search first but could not locate a post related to my issue. A buddy referred me to this site.

The issue is I'm getting no power to the EIM and the front and rear lights do not light, I could turn them on with a switch even with the power off.

What happened; it has a 10 second countdown for the glow plugs. I turned it to the countdown it dropped to 8 and then clicked and restarted the countdown. It did this two more times and then no power whatsoever.

Steps done so far:
Tested the old battery it checks out good
Tried jump starting it with my truck
Tried a brand new battery
Checked every fuse
Checked both seat switches and they appear fine
Changed out and tested the old start relay switch

Still no power anywhere. Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I live in the Colorado mountains and it has been dumping snow for the last two weeks with a few feet more expected tomorrow. Thank you in advance!!!

Tested the old battery it checks out good

How did you test it? And with a new battery, did you install it or put on jumper cables?

Thanks. I have a trickle charger that indicates if the battery is bad. It isn't indicating that it is. Also it is maintaining its charge. I have a multi meter that will be delivered tomorrow, pending when the snow starts. Unfortunately with the boom down you cannot remove the battery so I did use jumper cables on the new battery. The cables are too short to connect it to the new battery.

I forgot to mention that sorry. I made sure the connection to the starter and ground were both tight. Thank you though.
