Jd 790 vs. Tc30....sorry all JD fans

Thanks for the many, many replies on both subjects, I ended up coming home with a TC30 last night. Mainly because of the runaround quotes from JD and financing. TC30 just worked better for me and am already loving it! Either seemed good and the finasl thought was because of how the dealers treated me. NH stuck with what they said! /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

You got the tractor you liked...you got the deal you wanted and you're happy with the dealer.

Sounds like a win-win situation to me.

The dealer is an important part of the equation, especially if there are few dealers to choose from in your area. Around me I've got three Deere dealers within 30 minutes and three CNH dealers within 30 minutes so I think that helps keep everybody honest.
In your sitaution (Deere dealer runaround) I would have probably done the same. Enjoy the new machine /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

You bought from the right dealer. If the JD dealer was giving you the run around when he was trying to make the sale. Just think how he would have been once the sale was made.

That tc30 is a good choice! You will have a blast with it. Just remember, putting a yellow seat on it will void the warranty, and we will still let you hang out in the deere zone even if you don't.

At least you were open minded enough to try more than one brand. When I first started shopping for a tractor, I was locked in on one brand, nothing else would do. However, I eventually have tried several, and have found good points with all. They all are better looking than my wheel barrow and shovel. I hope you enjoy your new tractor, and I look forward to the day when I will enjoy my choice.
