3-Point Hitch JD 790 won't lift rear wheel of my King Kutter 4' Bush Hog

I bought a used 4' King Kutter bush hog to use with my JD 790. The bush hog is driven off the pto, and it seems to work fine. One problem is that I cannot lift the rear wheel of the bush hog off the ground. The pto lifts the front of the bush hog, not the rear. Is there any adjustment I can make to do this.

Shorten the Top Link of the Three Point Hitch and the rear wheel will come up.

Make sure the PTO shaft does not bottom as the shaft telescopes in on itself. If shaft does bottom, shaft will need to be cut shorter.

Shaft should telescope smoothly. It it binds, grease two halves of PTO shaft which fit within each other. I use spray lithium grease.

ADJUSTMENT​

Adjusted properly, the Bush Hog blade will cut just at the front by being about 1" lower in front than the rear.

It should not cut at the rear, instead the clippings should exhaust there.

I replaced the steel angled straps with chains, and made a much better attachment for hogging over uneven ground.
Pic of how that works, as the straps would keep getting bent from compression forces.
