JD 955 lost PTO and hydraulics at same time

Does anyone know about the drive saft connection b/w the engine and transmission on a JD 955 compact? Someone said there tractor lost a pin that holds the shafts - the shaft from engine to pump? I think I have to take the floor board off to see it. I lost PTO and all hydraulic pressure when I hit a small stump with the bush hog.
