I assume you speak of a front mount plow, and I strongly suspect that the two do not interchange with each other (unless you speak of the 3pt quick tach, and not one on the front end).
With 3pt quick tach, I think there is an SAE spec for a standard. If this is of what you speak, then there is a possibility that the two interchange with their respective quick tach systems (I-match for Deere). But this comment doesn't seem to fit with your original question.
Even with a standard SAE spec, a lot of the 3 pt attachments were not made to that spec, but in the future, they may be just so the lesser brands can compete with the big boys.
Bobcat has a system that many of the other mfg's are adapting, just because (IMO) Bobcat has such a large share of the market. I doubt neither Deere or Kubota feel they need to adapt to the other's specs. Know that I could be wrong.
