JD D130 fume exhaust smell

I have a JD D130 with about 90 hours. It has a gassy fume smell from the exhaust. It seems like it putters once in a while like it getting more fuel than it should.

Hoping it might be an easy fix. Has had regular scheduled maintenance. Gas is new.

Any suggestions?
