I bought a used f911 60" front mower earlier in the year. The bearing that the pto shaft sets in at the rear of the mower closest to the belts went bad. In the mean time my girlfriend continued to mow and the shaft was spinning inside the bearing and ruined the shaft. I bought a new shaft and a new bearing and have started replacing it. My question is, what is the best way to get the shaft out. I took the front shaft loose and I'm trying to get the rear shaft out. Everything that it's attached to under the seat is what is giving my problems. Any tips will be appreciated!

I believe there is a locking collar on that end of the PTO shaft.. but not sure if that is the problem.

Your Deere dealer should be able to give you a part breakdown or you can go to jdparts.com and see the same.

Thank you! I did find a parts breakdown and it is helpful. I'll work on it again tomorrow and keep you posted. Thanks for the help.
