JD LX280, LT180 or Kubota T1770

Hi Everyone, I am seriously considering a new tractor for my lawn. I currently am using a small JD Sabre 15.5 hp on my yard that is 1.25 acre. The yard is mostly grass and no trees at all right now. It is mostly flat although there is one section in front where the easement is that kinda drop down about 2 feet and up again to the road. I am really thorn between the JD LX280, LT180 or the Kubota T1770. Which do you think is best for my needs.

Have you gotten any pricing on them?

I'm going to pick up my LT180 early next week. I went with a smaller deck (42") so that I can use a bagger without a power assist blower. Hope it works OK.

The pricing seems to be pretty much standard for John Deere. None of the dealer I talked to would give me any kind of discount. The Kubota guy gave me a $200 off MSRP.
