Would like to convert my JD M to 3pt capacity with add on kit. Which make works best and what problems accompany such add ons? Any advice from a veteran customizer farmer sincerely appreciated.

Do you have the touch-o-matic now (I assume yes) ?

Any pics of what you have so we can see what steps you might need next?

Worksaver makes a 3 point adapter kit also. Their web site allows you to look at the installation/operation manual for free. I think a 3 point hitch on a JD M is limited in the amount of weight it can safely lift.

Yes, touch-o-matic equipped. I have no pics, just bought '48 M with no plow hanger on belly but want to use light 5 ft. cultivator and small disk between raspberry rows. I see an M3 convert kit and another type on ebay, so want to convert to 3 pt. Original spear equipped, useable M implements are hard to find; thought 3 pt system would be best solution and then could use new small 3pt. cat #1 equipped implements. Hoping for someone with use experience to advise. Wisdom comes with the counsel of many! Por favor &Thanks, Farmfan.
