Mowing JD Rockshaft Lift Kit (LVB25010) for 4010 / 60 inch deck

I picked up a used 60 inch mid-mount mower for my John Deere 4010, and it has all the parts for attaching to a 4010. It looks like it has the Rockshaft Lift Kit LVB25010, but it isn't intuitively obvious to me how it all goes together . Anyone have any info (w/pictures) that might help me out?
