JD SU20768 & RE253518 Air Filter DIFFERENCE

My 5093E 5101E both takes the RE253518 Air Filter which looks IDENTICAL to the SU20768 in my Newer 5085E.

WHAT is the Difference ? Different filtering qualities

Napa 9275 replaces BOTH of these filters.

Can't find any specs in JD, so I can't tell you. Strange since both models call for the same secondary air filter. The complete filter housing assembly shows a different part number as well. It wouldn't be the first time I have seen 2 or more different part numbers for the same part.

I wonder if from a different vendor, hence a different P/N?
I would use the latest P/N, hoping JD improved it, not cheapened it.
