I'm looking for some advice or experience. I just got a new (used) 2012 JD X310 with 72 hours on it. As soon as I brought it home I did all the normal maintenance (oil and filter, air filter, plugs, and fuel filter. I topped off the hydraulic reservoir to the full line. Then, I did a couple victory laps around the cul de sac and parked it until my grass got long enough to mow. It worked great, I love this machine!
Then as I was parking it, I noticed a puddle of hydraulic fluid under where the reservoir was, and it was empty again. I'm hoping this is an O-ring or a reservoir problem, and not a transmission problem. I'm away doing military stuff now, so I wont have a chance to deal with it for awhile. Does anyone have any experience with this happening? Is it a common problem. Thanks.
