JD \"Yellow\" pricing

Taking into account local conditions -- it appears that most folk's can expect anywhere from a 10% to 20% discount off the MSRP from their local JD dealer when purchasing a new tractor. As well, it seems that most JD dealers do not routinely grant as much a discount on new attachment purchases -- anything close to 10% off is a good buy. So... what kind of a discount on the JD "yellow" line of construction equipment; i.e. a 110 TLB would be considered a "good" deal? Thanks for any feedback. AKfish

You should expect the same pricing. 10-20% range. Deere has excellent programs for multi-unit deals and corporate partner deals.

Thanks for the info. Good to know. As much as I'd like to believe that anything's possible; I don't think it's real likely that I'm ever gonna participate in a "multiple unit purchase" with my JD dealer. Not in this lifetime, anyway! But there's no harm in kickin' the tires with him on that 110 TLB that's been sittin' on the lot for a year now and see what he's got to say... /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif Thanks again. If it's been on the lot for a year Deere is going to want them to move it. I would go in and offer 20-25% below list. Deere will give them money back on that unit when it's been there a long time. Plus the Deere 0% financing for them is over too. They are going to be paying overhead on that unit and if they are in business to make money they should be wanting to move it pretty quick.
