jd110tlb no code light

hi im back with news on that JD 110tlb that I spent a month tryin to get code light on dash ?to calibrate machine what a hassel I went back an forth with jd service ,I finally went to the highest in charge after talkin with 6 different factory techs ,you guys wont believe what the problem was.how many of you guys wont to know???????:confused2::laughing::duh::mur:

sorry guys just got home,anyway this jdtlb came to shop for not moving F or R bucket ,boom,stabilizers ex... worked but had no code light flashing on dash . machine can not be calibrated with out codes to start proses after tracing weirs for 3 days and checking bulbs ,prier to this it had blown fuse for hydro controls, I mean blown were it melted fuse to its slot ,I removed HST controller,, that's in a really cool spot/HA HA ,found it smelling burnt so I cut it apart it was burned BADLY I got new one installed still nothing {light} tested all potentiometers all met specs fallowed all tech scamatics still nothing .after 3weeks of all kinds of tests an talking to jd I installed new complet harness still no light I was in rage by this time with deere got ahold of a high big shot told him I spoke with 5 techs changed 3 HST controlers /harness/ dash /keyswitch ex... these controlers are factory programed for S/N of machine .well well come to find out they were all being program for wrong machine ,he sent me a payload to my labtop I connected to HST diagnostic port for the 25ft time programed controller myself with new payload .low an behold light came on an all codes started flashing calibrated an machine was fine .this machine only had 400 HOURS on it an this was its 3rd HST CONTROLLER all in all JD payed 95% of the bill ,one controller was programed for a410 not 110 what an experience this was I thought jd would had answers fast? they do if you fight for them and to think this all started because owner stepped on both peddles at same time so he said .I can tell you guys this I know a 110 tlb inside out every weir code cnections switches EVERYTHING.:yell:ullinghair:thanks for waitin ,any ? :laughing:
