Have location a JD2955..yr 1990...cab...good air....is being completed restored...5430 hrs...used for row crops only....no loader......never has required any major repairs...no oil leaks...I'm concerned that the dry clutch has never been changed out.....selling.=$14,000 .... reputation for performance and price..tks

Good solid tractors. Only real issues that come to mind are the oil seals around the lower 3pt links are susceptible to leaking. Also if it has power-reverse or hi-lo power shift they can be troublesome due to hydraulic pressure problems (when the seals go bad.)

If it has been used only for row crop work then the clutch is probably ok, even with that many hours. If it has been well maintained then you should get at least another 5000hrs out of it before it needs any work. Not sure on the price, sounds a little high unless it's in excellent condition.

one owner.....getting out of farmer due to health.....has someone repaint...replaced seat...changed a/c compressor .. redone ceiling..replaced one of side windows....
