JD425 starting problems

I am having problems starting my 425. She cranks no problem, but after checking connections/fuel/other misc, I found I have no spark at either plug. I traced the plugs back to what looks like a solid state module. Has anyone ever seen or heard of this problem. Any ideas or suggestions are helpful. Thanks.

On ones that I have seen it's probably one of the saftey's (i.e.the Seat, PTO, or PTO Reverse cut off)

My father had that problem for (2)-years before he found out what it was. He found it was the coils on the left side of the tractor. So, if you are sitting on it, it is on the left side mounted to the engine.
