Price Check JD5400

I'm trying to find out what would be a reasonable price for buying the following tractor. It has been well maintained and is in good shape.

1996 John Deere model 5400,2wd,turf tires,factory installed 4-port rear hydraulic ports,factory installed hydraulic right hand cab joystick, factory ROPS system, lighted heavy duty JD fiberglass canopy. Has 640 hours.

JD Model 522 front-end loader with 72"bucket.

Any advise or help is appreciated.
