I put a new bucket on my dad's JD 750 with 67 loader last weekend. I struggled to find a replacement that came with the same 4 pin mounts like the original, so I had to do it the hard way.
I bought a new 60" utility tractor bucket designed as a replacement for compact tractors. I thought what I ordered had a quick attach plate on it, but it turns out that it did not. I was originally planning on converting the 67 loader to a quick attach mount and would need a QA plate for that, so I bought a quick attach plate from Amazon. Looks like the factory cut a QA plate off this bucket before they shipped it to me too, which seems kind of silly.
The 750 only has a lift rating of I think 700 lbs, so extra weight was potentially an issue. I decided not to add quick attach mounts to the tractor because it is not something my dad really needs, but if that changes I can just cut the mounts off and weld them to a quick attach mount. I needed to weld the QA plate to the bucket anyway as a stiffener and to have a heavier gauge plate to weld the brackets to.
In the end, it saved me about $250 to buy and weld my own QA plate on, so that worked out OK.
I cut the mounting brackets out of the old bucket:
Cut them off to mount to the flat back of the bucket, and welded them to the QA plate, shown here prior to welding. I left the bucket back on as a stiffener and this way I didn't have to worry about the bracket spacing, only the distance between them:
Welded & painted:
And it worked out OK:
