We'd need to know the plow brand.
Most angling cylinders are single action pairs and tend to be 16" long and quite common.(wider plows sometimes use 20" cylinders.)
The shorter ones usually are under $100 ea. Try E.Bay, or I once saw a plow web site that had all those goodies.
Crossover valves are also usually installed to protect the blade (hoses etc) from damage from striking curbs etc.
Were I were U, I'd consider straight fixed mounting as an angled blade will (when loaded) tend to shove your tractor sideways and be very frustrating..
Truck plowing generally is accomplished at higher speeds than with a tractor which helps overcome the side load effect.
Good luck, have fun.
