Jimna 354 Clutch slipping

My clutch started slipping, only 50 hours on tractor, and I am easy on clutches. What I found was too much hydraulic fluid in gear box (about 1 higher on dip stick).
It does smell like burning fluid as clutch tries to grab. Also, the clutch is adjusted all the way out.

Could the extra fluid be the cause, if so, did a seal leak?

What is my remedy?

Fluid on the clutch can definitely cause it to leak. High fluid levels can cause seals to fail. The remedy is to split the tractor and replace the seal. That's a big job, while you're at it you'd probably replace the clutch disks.

Before doing that, I would get the fluid level where it's supposed to be. Make sure you're using gear oil in the transmission instead of hydraulic fluid. I find gear oil is less likely to leak. If you can stop the leak you may be able to burn off what's on the clutch disk by spinning it.

I would also check the clutch adjustment, as the clutch disk wears it needs to be adjusted.

Update:

Search all over for clutch adjustment, found a you-tube and pictures.
I went ahead with the clutch adjustment. When I removed the front loader attachment that covers the clutch housing, it was bone dry, no oil in case. That was a relief.
So, there was no gap in the fingers and throw out bearing, so I adjust all 3 fingers, put the loader back in place, checked the gear oil level, and Fired it up.
So back in business.
Was about a 3 hour job. Next time should take less than an hour.

Oh, and no warranty. It is a 2007, I bought it 2012 brand new, guy had 2 left, wanted to sell, As-is.
