Hi All

Really hoping someone may be able to help here, as despite being a Siromer (Jinma) dealer here in Spain, we have hit on a major "supply" issue for a part we need....

We operate a 2007 Siromer 204 (same as a Jinma 204) fitted with a 2008 Jinma FEL. Above the joystick control on the spool block is a pressure relief / bypass valve - this ensures oil is prioritised to the FEL, but if not required sends the oil to the back of the tractor to operate 3pl etc...

A short time ago a customer with the same tractor had a problem with his FEL. We traced the issue to the relief valve, and so to get him working again asap we swopped it with the one on our own tractor. He is now happy and tractor working fine!

The problem is that when I contacted the Siromer office for a replacement valve, apprently they can only supply it with a whole new spool block  Despite trawling the web and searching for Jinma parts I have not found anybody offering this relief valve on its own... I have even tried to find a matching valve from other suppliers, but to no avail.

Does anybody have any ideas / had the same problem, or know where I can get a matching part? Obviously I will be very embarrised if I have to tell the customer he has to pay for a spool block, just to get the valve! :ashamed:

Did you tell him up front that it was a loner?

An option would be to install an adjustable external relief valve, and plug the relief port. Some valve seven come with out a relief, or non-adjustable relief.

Surplus Center - 1/2" NPT 20 GPM 1500-3000 PSI RELIEF VALVE RV-H4

There is also a priority valve with relief that divides the flow.

Normally, a relief valve for the FEL protects the total hyd system, and flow beyond the FEL is obtained via the OUT port, or a PB port.

Got a picture of the spool valve showing the location of/ and the bad/missing relief cartridge?
