Has anyone used a 3PL Boom spray unit on a 204 ? I'm looking at getting a small one and am concerned about the weight. The smallest unit here (Australia) is 300 litres which would weigh approx 660 pounds + the weight of the tank and a 6 metre boom. Am I right that the hydraulics are rated to 800-900 pounds?

Obviously I could only partially fill the tank, but would be interested in hearing about anyones experiences.

Thanks for all the previous advice on my last post. I've changed all the fluids - couldn't believe how dirty the engine oil was after 400hrs. The tractor has been great until I got lazy the other day and tried to go forward up a steep and wet hill, instead of taking the time to turn around and go up in reverse. Haven't heard the end of it from my JD loving neighbour who came to pull me out....

204 hydraulics are rated at 3300 Newtons, which works out to about 742 pounds. I'd be more concerned about steering with the front wheels off the ground.
