Jinma 244 - accelerator problem

Hello!

I have loosened the injector pump for fuel on my Jinma 244. I had great difficulty getting it going. Once I got off the air in the tubing, pump and files it started after 90 seconds heating, the glow plugs. But to my surprise it didn't respond when I stepped on the gas. What could have happened? I have oil in the injector pump. But while I removed other stuff the pump hung it upside down. Could it be something that is loose, or is it something with the timing that makes it not respond when I depress the accelerator.

Might be a linkage problem. What happens when you use the hand throttle?

You took the pump off and hung it upside down?? :shocked:

Yes, I didn't want to remove it from some of the fule lines. But I don't think it was totaly upside down.

Ok. Curious as to why you took the pump off in the first place. Nevertheless - to "hang it upside down" I'm pretty sure you had to remove the linkage. Not doing so risks bending the **** out of it. So - unless/until more info is revealed - I'm still prone to suspect a linkage issue

I had to fix an oil leak from an oilchanel in the engine block. It was sealed with epoxi glue. That's the reason why I had to remove the pump.

Does someone have an exploded view of an injectorpump för the Jinma tractor, model year 2011. There are no air screws on the pump for venting the air.

Hanging it upside down probably didn't hurt anything.
You say it starts and idles ok but will not accelerate. Correct?

Does someone have an exploded view of an injectorpump för the Jinma tractor, model year 2011. There are no air screws on the pump for venting the air.

On the top side of the pump there should be at least one bleeder screw, some will be a slotted head, others a hex head, and some have a ring through the screw head. You can always just crack open the fuel return line at the fuel cavity.
