jinma 254 4wd,y385 engine yr of manufacture 2009 creeper gearbox part

hi, i brought a parts manual for the 254 because ive got to rebuild the gearbox ,most of it i can work out which parts i need to complete the task but there is a part in the creeper box which eludes me.the fork is broken and the sliding gear is rattling around on the shaft,looking at the fork,by its design and angle shown on the diagram, to me it dosent look like it can hold the gear central on the shaft on its own.or does it?to me there should be some sort of sleeve for the gear to be held central,the diagrams are not really self explanitry as to which part does this,i have tryed half a dozen companies who ask for part numbers or photos of the part ,i can give neither ,so i have enrolled here in the hope that someone can help,or can someone with i jinma 4wd take the top off their creeper box and have a look,.my project is at a standstill until i can find the part no im looking for,so can anyone help,many thanks.lee
