Jinma 254 Agracat

I purchased a 254 recently and it has been ran down. The radiator is cracked. The cylinders leak on the FEL as well as the hydro gasket under the rear seat. The oil filter looks to have been on for years and is beat to ****. Front bucket is bent. Alternator does not charge no lights work. It also is a tacless model I would like to add one. Iv been trying to remove the steering wheel with no luck.Any help or suggestion you guys have. I am changing all fluids and filters over the next few weeks.

I finished tearing it apart for the most part. I cleaned the engine and pulled all the unused wires and the fuse block will upgrade them.

Looks a lot better. What did you clean it with, all the old grease and grime is gone.

Oreillys has purple power for 6$ per 2 gallons. i use it for everything out side even cleans siding.

I will be contacting you tomorrow hopefully. I need a few gaskets specifically the one for the rear hydraulic housing under the seat between the 3point top arms and the pto and hopefully you have a exploded view of this. Also it did not come with a tach when new how can I add this? I also drained the front driveline in 3 places is there a place to a gear oil on the outer drives or does it all run from the axle tubes?
