Thanks for all the help guys. Here's an update:
The leak was fixed by removing the banjo fitting and tightening the plug that was loose. Took the opportunity to drain the entire hydraulic system and flush. Decided to go with the AW32 and it seems to be working good. Noticeably better operation of my 3 pt lift, and much more responsive. Had to tighten up a few fittings after the lighter oil, but wasn't bad. Just a couple of small drips.
Knock on wood, things seem fine to be working fine. Ran the tractor about an hour today, and no real drips or leaks. We'll see how it goes and what comes next.
