Jinma 284 PTO will not disengage

Haven't used the tractor in a few months. After cranking it I pushed in the clutch to put it in gear , wouldn't go in gear just grinding. Clutch was stuck. Cranked it in gear and worked the throttle and pumped the clutch at the same time. It finally broke free , but it seems the second stage is stuck and will not come free. I cranked it with the PTO in gear and cut grass for about an hour. Still stuck. Any ideas without breaking the tractor in half. The clutch , pressure plate and release bearing only has about 100 hr on it.

I guess I'd take off the side cover (Under the bracket that holds the loader bracket) and look inside.maybe adjust the clutch arms inside there to open up real wide and maybe you can break free the pto disc in there.after freeing it then readjust the arms.
