hi guys, the main leaver on pto not working,not sure if the big spring is the problem,the leaver that operates the speed use that to turn off,but pto keeps going if nothing attached, put new check parts and the part that clicks in the hole it was worn a bit,main leaver not turning off,is it the clutch? read it maybe clutch need adjustment
