I have HV03X backhoe attached to Jinma 244e. When I installed it first time, then it was OK I guess. But right now it is very week. The weakest thing is to rise movable arm. If the bucket is full, then the only way to take it out from the ground, is sliding. Does anybody have had something like this?

Is this run by a pto pump or does it connect to remote hydraulics off of tractor?

It has his own tank and small pump. To connect the pump I have to take off the plate first with 4 bolt and install instead of that a small hydraulic pump. It is right above PTO shaft. Very annoying process. When its connected, it is always on (no switch off). Oil is leaking also from filling cap, when I move something and leave the oil check bolt close (has to be open, what is really strange - all the dirt goes in). That of course gave me an idea right now. I may be the oil filter on the tank is full of dirt. I will check that and come back.

Now I can say more about my problem. This small pump changing is very annoying process, so I connected it to remote hydraulics off of tractor. We measured the flow and pressure and I do not understand, why they use this bad to mount/dismount pump at all. If somebody knows it please let me know.
After that it was still weak. We started to look more closely and stopped at the relief valve of the backhoe, like Coldwater mentioned here before.
This is the problem and I do not know what to do about it. Technician explained me, that reduction drain valve does not work properly. Splitter hydraulic valve sealing surface is rough and imprecise. This is the quality problem. It has been faulty from the beginning and somehow it worked for the first 10 hours. But because I did not knew what it should be, I didn't paid any attention to it.
Does anybody know any economical solution for the problem or where I can get the proper part for the splitter?

I will put here some pics of it. Any ideas are most welcome.

If you've only used it 10 hours it seems that it should be covered by a warrenty.

Time is gone for that I'm afraid, but thanks - I try that also
