Exactly. Mine broke the anvil in normal use because the anvil bed had some extra material out near one end that didnt let the anvil sit flat. When broken, the anvil moved enuf to hit the cutters...UGLY. I dont believe I got my replacements from you, but the ones I got were 2 different thicknesses. Apparently these non matching parts are out there, so be on the lookout if you havnt seen it. Both will fit but you have to match thickness to get both knives to cut equally. I exchanged to get both replacements thicker, as were the originals.I have sold hundreds of the Jinma chippers,the only blades I have seen that broke or cracked were because
1- Something ran thru the chipper with metal on it(screws,bolts,ect)
2- The surface where the blades and bedding knife were not flat
Check yours when you replace,this is not a common problem
