Chipper jinma chipper

Hi ya's
any one know the belt size for the feed roller on a jinma 6 wood chipper ,just been chipping to day and snaped it looking in the book it's only a part number not a size any info would be great ..oh yea any one else have probs with them binding on the bottom plate once there is a bit of a gap there ..i tryed to do a search but kept getting a bad link sorry if this has been talked about before

The belt is a 38 X 1/2". Get a good one like Gates etc.

I'm sure that Al is correct on the belt size. I always suggest that you take the old belt with you when you go to buy a new one. There are usually numbers on the old belt that denote the size and other features. This doesn't only apply to belts but to just about any part that you might need. Taking the old part along will insure that the new one is correct.
