Hello Everyone,

I have a Jinma LW-7 backhoe on a JD 5520 that has been working fine for months now. But the other day it got stuck all the way to the left. I have changed out the control valve set and swapped the cylinders to see if that got it to work. Nothing has gotten it to move at all. It makes a loud crying sound when trying to move it back to the right. Any help is much appreciated.

Thanks,
ctjoseph

Sounds to me like an obstruction in the fluid path someplace.

Best of luck with it, hopefully someone with more helpful knowledge specific to the unit will come along. Me personally I'd be taking lines off and blowing things out trying to find a blockage someplace.

Hi ctjoseph ,
I have the same back hoe you have , I had a similar problem but the pump had come loose from the drive teeth on the rear
of the jinma 354 . I had been sidetracked and just hand tighten the bolts but it ran for 4hrs before the bolts just backed out.
How do you have the pump bolted to your Deer ?
Just noticed you are from Gtown I live in the Bolton area near Rosemark .
