I have a John Deere 4100 tractor. Want to know if anyone has used the
Jinma 6" chipper with this tractor.
The price is excellent, but says it's for 18-25 hp engine.
The 4100 technically meets this but wonder if anyone has experience.

I don't know about the Deere 4100 but my 33D runs about 26 PTO HP.

While I don't typically chip 6" material (fire wood) I have done a few to make mulch for the gardens and alder chips for smoking fish. Loading the chipper with full spec material does drop my rpms a couple hundred, not sure if this helps but just my experience.

I am using a 24hp diesel to run mine. I had it on a 30hp before. It looses a few rpm with larger branches, but like the other poster, I usually make firewood from the larger limbs. FYI it will do a good job on pine cones too.

Just as Kay supply has said it should work fine just at a little smaller capacity, make sure the 3-point lift can pick up 825lbs
