Jinma254 Hydraulic Leak

I just got my 2002 Jinma 254 with Frint end load er and Mower. I bought from Dage Equipment in Iowa and was told it may need a seal for the hydraulics. I hooked up the PTO Shaft and to the tractor and mower and a fluid started to leak on the right side of the engine after lifting the mower up and down several times. Not sure what is going on but feel it could be the seal that was mentioned by the dealer. Please help!! email jerry.wqarren@ipaper.com. I would like to know where the resovoir is and how difficult to chg seal.

Yes sir. I will take one late today after I get home. Please understand I am not a mechanic but can follow a set of instructions fairley well.

Verbally though, if you look at the right hand side, middle, it looks to be a cylender with a hose not sure if it was one or two. connected to it. The first time I drove the tractor and just lifted up the mower, and ten the Front Loader nothing haooened. The next day I was attaching the mower to the PTO via a shaft and had raised and lowered it multiple times. After attaching, succesfully, the mower to the PTO I tried to engage the mower, at that point the Fluid came out, about 1/2 quart, in what appeared to be the cylander or just above it.

I will take several pictures of this for clarity this afternoon and forward to you.

I'm new, I also have a hydraulic leak, with a farm pro 2420 w/end loader
did you all have pctures, and where do I check fluied level?

Where is your hyd leak, a cylinder, 3pt, valve, etc.

Show us a picture of the leak.

will do, when sitting in seat right hand side on main hydraulic box on underside, looks to have a bigger nut on, 1'' maybe/ How metric was that?

thats the 3 point hitch lift valve, and its hard to tell from the picture if the leak is coming from the valve or you if you just need new sealing washers on the banjo bolt for the hydraulic line.i`d clean it off good and maybe you could pin point where the leak is at. have you tried tightening that banjo bolt a little?
