Have almost 60 hours on a Jinma 354 seems as though the clutch is needing a slight adjustment? It releases almost at the top. Checked and the fingers seemed spaced pretty good one almost touching throughout bearing but not too bad. What is the easiest method of makeing the clutch fully engage before the pedal is at the top? Thanks for any help.

Hope you are pretty good at your own repairs and not expecting something with the reliability of one of the Japanese or Korean tractors.

the JM354's are NEWER to the market place so there is less expert knowlage with them. I'm useing a 284 Loder backhoe and several other items. it works great, glad I got one.
I've seen other peoples posts about the 304/354's with good reviews on power and info. I bleive the 304/354's don't have creeper gears or glow plugs and those are only draw backs I've seen, I live up in ohio and use mine year round so I need the glow plugs for sure and I have soem steep hills which the creeper gears help also I do roto till and mow with mine the creeper is great for tilling and slow manuvers with back hoe and or FEL.

What FEL and hoe ar you considering? Koyker has a FEL mount for the 304/354. Don't know of any frame mount hoes available, including Jinma.
The 304/354 are still relatively new, and expect a few more kinks to work out over the 200 series.

Looking at the 304 parts manual (should be essentially the same as 354) I am a little confused. One picture shows this type of clutch and another shows a similar to 254 version. If the latter, check Mike Stuart's Maverick Chinese Tractor Troubleshooter for some guidance.
The biggest downfall I see over the other brands are that you are pretty much on your own, unless you buy the tractor from one of the bigger dealers, on support for minor issues. The Jinma354 is a very strong built unit. I use it to bush hog with a 5' KK it does'nt even know its back there!!! I have almost 70 trouble free hours on this tractor. I think it has one of the best diesel engines out there. IMHO
