John Deer 5210 Fuel Shutoff Relay Seals In

My old 5210 will try to start, but dies when the key is returned to run after starting. Fuel shutoff relay is getting energized and sealed in for some reason. One it Is turned off, it unseals and fuel shutoff solenoid will power back up. After you mess with it for a while, tractor will stay running. It is intermittent. I don’t have a drawing to tell me what is causing the fuel shutoff relay to latch in! Has anyone run into this problem?

I had a 5310. The only issue I had with mine was the cold start thermistor that is wired through the positive on the fuel shutoff solenoid shorted to ground and started blowing fuses. I lifted the wire for the thermistor and never looked back. Just remember, the fuel shutoff energizes to open and allow fuel flow. When it deenergizes it shuts fuel flow off. The relay I'm not sure about. It may work like you say.
