John deer hydrostatic specialty tractor won’t go over 10 km per hour

hi everyone,
Hopefully someone has some answers for this. One of our snow tractors was out for a shift last week and everything was great, go out for a shift lastnight and it won’t go over 10km per hour. Normally it does 30 km per hour, also when you go up a hill the Rpm’s drop real low you have to use the petal like a primer for it to gain rpm again.

Anyone have an idea what’s going on ?

Is this the M7 John Deere listed in your side avatar? I only as becasue Deere has made just too many different model numbers of specialty tractors since the late 1970s till now.
