Do you have good fuel flow from tank to inj pump? Is fuel tank venting. How many hrs of use since fuel filter was changed? Try starting engine with bleeder screw loose on inj pump allowing fuel to escape. Check valve that fuel return line attaches to could be clogged from deteriorating IP drive ring causing too high pressure in IP body. It's possible metering valve or other internal IP parts are stuck from having to use ULSD or Bio-diesel

Yes, how long has it been since it ran last and how old is the fuel. I just got through working on a 410 that the fuel was old and the IP got gummed up. A real mess!! Customer said it ran a couple of months ago, but since sitting in the hot, desert sun, the fuel got real bad. Replaced the fuel, took the pump apart and cleaned all the varnish/gum in the pump to make it run.
