I have a new 2025 with 6 hrs on it, on the right side of the engine there is a piece of sheet metal that has cuts and holes in it that holds the over flow pipe for the radiator and the cable for the
temp gauge. at between 2000 and 2500 the metal sheet vibrates loud enough to hear, it is wearing a hole in the overflow pipe at 6 hrs. I checked a 3032 and it doesn't have this same piece of metal. The bolts are tight. could someone that also owns a 2025 please check and see if they have the same problem? I checked with JD and they say no reported problems, we went out into the yard to a new machine with less than 1hr on it and the pipe already had an indention in it. They said wow if they come out with a fix we will let you know. temporarily I put some electrical tape on the pipe as its half way through the pipe, now I'm trying to find some small pieces of hard rubber to jam between the metal and the oil filler. thanks WB

Welcome to TBN from Ea WA. I would press the dealer for a fix - even though it is only minor. As you indicate - sleeve both the overflow pipe and temp gauge as they got thru this "plate". Also keep a written record of your contacts with the dealer for future reference. Small diameter rubber tubing cut to length and slit length wise will go over both the pipe & cable and can be kept in place with electrical tape - as a temp fix.

Convolute (ribbed) tubing is designed to protect wires, etc, from damage. It comes in various sizes and can be found in the electrical department at Lowes or most any auto parts store. Hold it in place with electrical tape.

I used some fuel line, split it and used two wire ties to hold it to the bottom. Since the overflow pipe was about half worn through and no one else is having the same problem, I have to assume that it's caused by another problem like motor mounts loose, or something like that. back to the dealer Monday. thanks
