My 1989 John Deere 2155 lost power the last time I used it. Replaced the fuel filter and removed the sending unit to see if there was a restriction and there is not. Tractor runs smooth but won't rev past 1500 rpm even at no load. Won't pull itself up a hill anymore even in first gear. Anyone experienced this?
